Key responsibilities

• Grow volume of new sales business and income production for the branch.
• Appraise and instruct residential sales properties.
• Identify and refer other potential business opportunities to the appropriate division.
• Maintain high quality customer care and meet lettings targets.
• Register, qualify and manage applicants, arrange viewings and secure lets.
• Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies and develop the core business.

Required profile

• Motivated, career‑driven with experience in the current sales market.
• Proven track record in a senior sales position securing new business.
• Excellent sales ability, high level of customer service and strong telephone manner.
• Tenacious self‑starter with ability to build trusted relationships.

• Listing and valuation experience.
