Residential Support Worker (Bedford)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Bedford. You will live and work in a purpose‑built bungalow caring for five adults with learning and physical disabilities, helping them enjoy a high quality of life both at home and in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care, including medication administration.
• Support individuals with daily activities such as cooking, budgeting, and household management.
• Facilitate leisure and community outings, including walks, shopping trips, sensory activities and board games.
• Work a rotating shift pattern that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and personalised living environment.
