Residential Support Worker – Children & Young Adults

About the role

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our residential team supporting children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities. You will help them build confidence, develop independence and achieve personal goals in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assistance with mobility and daily living tasks.
• Support communication needs and help manage challenging behaviours.
• Encourage development of life skills and independence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive setting.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.

• Willingness to learn and undergo full training.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Interest in supporting children and young adults with special needs.
