About the role
This term‑time only position offers the chance to support children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities in a residential setting. You will help them build confidence, develop independence, and achieve goals they never thought possible.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day residential support for children and young adults.
- Encourage personal development and independence through tailored activities.
- Assist with daily living tasks and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the on‑site team to deliver consistent care.
Required profile
- Kind, patient and eager to learn.
- No prior care experience required.
- Willingness to work Monday‑to‑Friday during term time.
