We are looking for a Residential Surveyor to join Connells Survey & Valuation in Glasgow. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally, delivering high‑quality residential surveys and valuations while adhering to our “Right First Time” philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential property surveys and valuations across the Glasgow area.
• Prepare accurate reports that meet measurable service targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risk throughout the survey process.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential surveying.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Strong performance and risk awareness within a regulated environment.
• Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
