Residential Surveyor – Plymouth

About the role

Connells Survey and Valuation is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join its Plymouth team. You will carry out mortgage valuations as well as Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys, providing clear and accurate reports for lenders and homeowners. Full training is available to support your professional development across all survey types.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential mortgage valuations and Level 2 & Level 3 surveys in line with RICS standards and Connells’ quality benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed, reliable valuation and survey reports.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
• Manage your diary and workload independently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.

Required profile

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification.
• Experience in mortgage valuations and residential surveys (training provided if needed).
• Willingness to undertake additional training.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality surveys and valuations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RICS valuation standards.
