Residential Surveyor – Remote & Flexible (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor to join a thriving chartered surveying practice serving the Bromley area. The position offers remote or home‑based working, with the flexibility to choose full‑time or part‑time hours while covering surveys within a 25‑mile radius of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys.
• Undertake mortgage valuations for lenders.
• Produce accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading software.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure all work meets RICS standards and agreed timelines.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher.
• Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience.
• VRS registration.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey methodology.
• Mortgage valuation techniques.
• Report writing software (RICS‑approved platforms).
