Residential Surveyor – Remote & Flexible (Full‑/Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join a leading surveying organisation operating across Liverpool. The role can be performed remotely with a fixed geographical area, offering genuine work‑life balance and strong earning potential for both newly qualified and experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys.
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 surveys within the assigned Liverpool area.
• Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market‑leading technology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Manage workload effectively to meet productivity and service standards.
• Contribute to regional meetings and team initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant professional and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualified or higher, or qualified through SAVA.
• Newly qualified surveyors are encouraged to apply.
• Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports is preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Level 1 and Level 2 residential surveying techniques.
• Use of market‑leading surveying technology for report generation.
