Residential Surveyor – Remote, Full/Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary property practice. The role is remote‑based, offering flexible full‑time or part‑time hours, and provides the chance to work across residential and commercial sectors while enjoying a supportive culture and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys.
• Undertake RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required).
• Complete Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys.
• Manage private and panel work, liaising with a central hub to schedule appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver accurate reports to RICS standards.
• Self‑manage workload and diary while maintaining high service levels.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher (or Registered Valuer Status).
• Proven experience in residential surveying.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own diary.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey competency.
• RICS Level 3 Building Survey competency.
• Red Book valuation expertise.

• Basic salary £45,000‑£60,000 plus realistic OTE up to £90,000.
