Residential Surveyor – Remote, Full/Part‑time, Up to £110k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor who values flexibility and high earning potential. The role is employed, offering remote or home‑based working within a 25‑mile radius of your home, serving clients across the St. Albans area.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys.
• Undertake mortgage valuations for lenders.
• Produce accurate, professional reports using industry‑leading software.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure surveys and valuations meet RICS standards and agreed timescales.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification or higher.
• Minimum two years post‑qualification surveying experience.
• VRS registration.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑leading survey reporting software.
