Residential Surveyor – Remote, £50‑70k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor to join a growing surveying firm serving the Newcastle area. The position offers remote, home‑based working, a competitive salary package and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required).
• Undertake Red Book valuations.
• Produce accurate, high‑quality reports using industry‑leading surveying software.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently while working remotely.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification (minimum).
• Experience conducting Level 2 Home Surveys.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with surveying software.
