Residential Surveyor – Remote Working, £50-70k OTE

About the role

We are seeking an AssocRICS‑qualified Residential Surveyor to join a fast‑growing surveying practice covering North London. The role is fully remote, offering a competitive salary and clear progression within a modern, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuations and surveys, including Level 2 and Level 3 inspections.
• Prepare Red Book valuations and detailed survey reports.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure timely delivery of work.
• Manage own workload efficiently while complying with RICS standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• AssocRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status (essential).
• Proven experience in residential surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent report‑writing ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
