Resolution Field Agent (Self‑Employed)

About the role

As a Self‑Employed Resolution Field Agent you will visit residential and commercial properties across the UK on behalf of our utility and financial clients. You will help resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and support customers facing financial hardship.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss and resolve utility account issues with customers.
• Reconnect customers to services and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
• Introduce customers to welfare and support services for financial difficulties.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Maintain detailed case records and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and access to a ULEZ‑compliant vehicle with business insurance.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history (CCJs considered in adverse circumstances).
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case‑management abilities.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to receive coaching and feedback.

Required skills

• Guaranteed daily rate of £130‑£150 (based on skills and experience).
