Resolution Field Agent – Self‑Employed (UK)

About the role

As a self‑employed Resolution Field Agent you will visit residential and commercial properties across the UK on behalf of our utility and financial clients. You will help resolve customer accounts, reconnect services and support customers facing financial difficulty.

Key responsibilities

• Visit homes and businesses to discuss and resolve utility accounts.
• Reconnect customers to services and arrange meter readings.
• Introduce customers to welfare and support schemes for financial hardship.
• Collect accurate utility meter data.
• Manage case files, negotiate solutions and document outcomes.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ‑compliant vehicle when working in London zones.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history (CCJs considered with repayment plans).
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case‑management abilities.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to follow company policies and accept coaching.

Required skills

• Guaranteed daily rate of £130‑£150, dependent on experience.
