Resourcer – AHP Division (Therapy Recruitment)

About the role

Prospero Teaching is looking for an experienced Resourcer to join the AHP Division, supporting the recruitment of specialist therapy professionals. You will manage the full candidate journey, from sourcing to placement, across speech and language, occupational, and play therapy disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of therapy candidates and oversee their registration, interviews, and compliance checks.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with therapists, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with consultants to match candidate availability with client placement needs.
• Ensure all safeguarding, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing support and care to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting or supporting Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Play Therapists.
• Strong understanding of therapy roles within education or healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and start immediately.
