Resourcer – Education Recruitment

About the role

Prospero Teaching is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the education sector. We are looking for a motivated Resourcer to support our Recruitment Consultants by finding and engaging high‑quality teachers and support staff for schools and educational institutions across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability for teaching and support roles.
• Write and post engaging job adverts on multiple platforms following company guidelines.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, CV databases and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure high engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with consultants throughout the candidate journey, from application to placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the database.

Required profile

• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Self‑motivated, confident and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using online recruitment platforms and databases.
