Resourcing & Admin Executive – Bolton

About the role

Landers Recruitment Ltd is looking for a motivated Resourcing & Admin Executive to join its Bolton office. You will start by supporting the recruitment team with CV sourcing, formatting and general administration, and progress to managing your own desk and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source, format and organise candidate CVs.
• Handle email correspondence and general office administration.
• Assist senior recruiters with job postings and candidate outreach.
• Gradually take ownership of recruitment assignments, client communication and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, customer service or sales.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C) or comparable qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, efficient and driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
