Resourcing Coordinator – Partner Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a Resourcing Coordinator to join a busy internal Talent Resourcing team supporting a leading international law firm at partner level. The role will work closely with three managers to drive lateral partner recruitment campaigns and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR and practice leads in preparing business cases for partner hires.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research.
• Manage end‑to‑end candidate experience for potential partner hires.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
• Facilitate internal stakeholder communications to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
• Liaise with executive search and recruitment agencies, oversee briefings and manage contracts.

Required profile

• Experience working with senior‑level stakeholders in a recruitment environment (in‑house or agency), or a recent law graduate seeking a contract role before a training contract.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
