Resourcing Executive – Education Recruitment

About the role

The Supply Register Ltd is seeking a motivated Resourcing Executive to join its South West team in Truro. You will play a key part in attracting and onboarding high‑quality teachers and support staff for schools, academies and colleges across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post engaging, unique adverts to attract candidates.
• Proactively source candidates through headhunting on job boards and social media platforms.
• Utilise internal databases and the refer‑a‑friend scheme to expand the candidate pool.
• Research and attend local job fairs and university events.
• Collaborate with the wider team to understand regional client vacancies and requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future roles.
• Shortlist applicants, respond promptly, and conduct initial telephone interviews.
• Manage a high volume of vacancies for both teaching and support staff.
• Arrange formal interviews with the partnership team and ensure a smooth compliance process.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a resourcing or recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and tools.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with job boards and social media sourcing.
• Ability to manage large candidate databases.
