Responsible Sourcing Manager

About the role

Jackson Hogg is partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to find a Responsible Sourcing Manager. This remote‑first position will shape and drive ethical, sustainable and compliant sourcing across a complex international agricultural supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the company’s responsible sourcing, human rights and sustainability strategy.
• Own and maintain key policies such as Human Rights Codes of Conduct, due‑diligence frameworks and supplier engagement programmes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, ethical trade standards and sustainability certifications.
• Design and manage supplier assurance programmes, including risk assessments, audits and corrective‑action plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders as the primary point of contact for responsible sourcing matters.
• Drive transparency, traceability and risk management across the supply chain.
• Support procurement teams with supplier onboarding, transitions and strategic development.
• Monitor certification schemes and report performance, progress and emerging risks to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in responsible sourcing, ethical trade, sustainability, ESG or procurement governance.
• Background in food, beverage, FMCG or agricultural supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of human rights frameworks (UN Guiding Principles, ETI Base Code, modern slavery legislation).
