Restaurant Leader – Kingston Upon Thames

About the role

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Leader to oversee its Kingston Upon Thames location. You will drive financial performance, uphold brand standards, and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced quick‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure overall financial success through forecasting, budgeting, and profit‑and‑loss management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop management‑level crew members.
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and handling cash.
• Deploy crew during shifts, deliver exemplary customer service, and enforce cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Monitor performance metrics and achieve “meets expectations” or better across all operational areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a restaurant or similar hospitality operation.
• Strong people‑development skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement improvement strategies.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and adherence to brand culture.
• Physical capability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
