Restaurant Manager – Full-time (London)

About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations at its London location. You will ensure the restaurant meets brand standards, delivers excellent customer service, and runs efficiently during each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Direct crew members, conduct shift meetings, and provide coaching.
• Authorize employee functions such as discounts, promotions, and time‑clock overrides.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities in good working order.
• Document shift results using required tools, forms, and logs, taking corrective action when needed.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment with physical exertion.
