Restaurant Manager – Full‑time (London)

About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for a full‑time Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day‑to‑day operations at its London location. You will help maintain the brand’s high standards, ensure smooth shift execution, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant each shift.
• Manage cash handling, ensuring accountability and accurate reporting.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Lead and direct Crewmembers during shifts, providing coaching and recognition.
• Authorize employee functions that require manager approval, such as discounts and time‑clock overrides.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Conduct shift‑management meetings and complete required documentation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organised.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Experience working in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred.
