Restaurant Manager – Full‑time Shift Leader

About the role

Join Raising Cane’s as a Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations. You will ensure the restaurant meets brand standards while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, acting as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure financial accountability.
• Lead shift meetings, enforce policies, and maintain safety standards.
• Direct crew members during shifts and provide exemplary customer service.
• Authorize employee functions such as discounts, promotions, and time‑clock overrides.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Utilise reward and recognition programmes to motivate staff.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.
