Restaurant Manager – Shift Leader (London)

About the role

Raising Cane’s is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations at its London outlet. You will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, uphold brand standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while leading a team of Crewmembers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant each shift.
• Manage cash handling, ensure accountability, and authorise discounts or promotions.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and cleanliness throughout the venue.
• Lead shift meetings, direct Crewmembers, and provide on‑the‑spot coaching.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Utilise reward and recognition programmes to motivate staff.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Comfortable working physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking and lifting.
• Commitment to upholding health, safety and food‑handling standards.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic financial accountability.
• Experience with shift management tools and restaurant logs.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergen handling and personal protective equipment.
