Restaurant Receptionist – Front of House

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at La Maison Ani, you will create a warm and memorable welcome. Working closely with management and the front‑of‑house team, you will manage reservations, coordinate guest flow and uphold the restaurant’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, delivering a professional and friendly first impression.
• Handle reservations, manage the booking system and coordinate seating to optimise guest flow.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service and timely communication.

Required profile

• Previous receptionist experience in luxury restaurants, five‑star hotels or premium hospitality venues.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with a confident, welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
