Restaurant Server – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and confident Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester. In this fast‑paced venue you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Run your section, greeting and attending to guests throughout their visit.
• Take and relay orders accurately, recommending food and drinks with confidence.
• Collaborate with floor and bar teams to keep service smooth and efficient.
• Maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere in the dining room.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a server, waiter or waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Comfortable managing a section during busy periods.
• Familiarity with structured service steps, including allergen procedures.
• Warm, organised, attentive to detail and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and live music.
