About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Nando’s as Restaurant Supervisors in our Euston, London location. The role bridges the management team and front‑line staff, providing hands‑on experience in running a busy restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Support the restaurant manager in daily operations and service delivery.
- Lead and motivate team members (Nandocas) during shifts.
- Ensure health, safety and food hygiene standards are met.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with stock control and cash handling procedures.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop towards an Assistant Manager role.
