Restaurant Team Leader – Leeds

About the role
You will be on the restaurant floor leading the team, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a great guest experience. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and focused on hitting sales and service targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the crew during each shift, setting the pace and motivating staff.
- Coach, support and celebrate team members to help them develop.
- Manage stock checks, shift planning and other back‑of‑house tasks to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
- Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action when needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast‑food or hospitality environment.
- Strong people skills – able to create a positive vibe and keep the crew focused.
- Calm under pressure, able to make quick, smart decisions.
