Restaurant Team Member

About the role

Join Tim Hortons as a Restaurant Team Member and help deliver a uniquely Canadian hospitality experience to UK customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, serving coffee, bakery items and other menu products while ensuring every guest feels welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and provide friendly, accurate service.
• Prepare and store food safely, following Health & Safety and audit standards.
• Carry out temperature checks and record results according to company procedures.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules and maintain a tidy work area.
• Resolve simple customer enquiries and refer complex issues to a manager.
• Adhere to product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Restock workstations and support overall restaurant performance targets.

Required profile

• Positive team player with previous customer‑service experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on the customer.
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
