Restructuring Advisory Manager – Leeds

About the role

Join a top‑10 accountancy and advisory practice as a Restructuring Advisory Manager in Leeds. You will focus on advisory‑led restructuring work, delivering high‑impact, commercially driven solutions for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage cash‑flow planning and liquidity assessments for distressed businesses.
• Support accelerated M&A and distressed transaction processes.
• Deliver debt advisory, stakeholder negotiations and advise on restructuring options.
• Provide exposure to complex, high‑profile administrations where appropriate.
• Work on both Leeds‑based and London‑facing mandates.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CPI/JIEB qualified.
• Experience within a recognised restructuring or advisory team.
• Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff.
• Based in Leeds or committed to relocating there.
