Retail Account Manager – Luxury Retail (London)

About the role

Join a prestigious heritage retailer holding Royal Warrants, providing bespoke products and services to high‑profile clients across the UK and internationally. This full‑time, office‑based position in Central London combines client relationship management, export administration, project coordination, stock control, event support and business development, with occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with UK and overseas clients, ensuring a high level of service.
• Coordinate bespoke orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Produce quotations, process orders and issue invoices.
• Handle export and customs documentation for international shipments.
• Monitor stock levels, hire inventory and returns.
• Liaise with suppliers, craftspeople and internal teams.
• Support client consultations, fittings and high‑profile ceremonial events.
• Attend events and represent the business professionally.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a client‑facing, coordination or commercial support role.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and VIP clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
