Retail Advisor (Customer Service & Sales)

About the role

EE Retail is looking for enthusiastic Retail Advisors to join our Truro store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers connect to the moments that matter while working flexible shifts across the week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers about EE & BT products and services.
• Achieve on‑target sales and commission goals.
• Maintain store standards and support daily operational tasks.
• Adapt to changing store opening times and shift patterns.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated to succeed without prior retail experience.
