Retail Advisor – EE Store (Lancaster)

About the role
Join EE as a Retail Advisor at our Lancaster store, delivering excellent customer service and helping customers stay connected.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right EE and BT products and services.
- Provide product knowledge and support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve on‑target commission and sales targets.
- Maintain store standards and ensure a welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly.
- Adaptable, curious and eager to learn.
- Motivation to succeed without prior retail experience.
