About the role

Join Molton Brown’s Cotswolds Designer Village store as a Retail Advisor, where you will share the brand’s iconic fragrances, bath and body luxuries with customers. No prior experience is required; we look for reliable, team‑focused individuals who love delivering a personalised, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through Molton Brown’s range of fragrances, body care and home scenting products, helping them find the perfect items.
• Support the store’s commercial and operational goals, contributing to daily sales targets and overall performance.

• Passionate about delivering a personalised, high‑quality customer experience every day.
