Retail Assistant (Part‑time, 10‑hour week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join its London store on a part‑time basis (approximately 10 hours per week). You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and style while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Growth mindset and commitment to an inclusive culture.
