About the role

Join Jenningsbet as a Retail Betting Sales Assistant in Ilford, working 37.5 hours across any five days from 7am. You’ll be part of a friendly, customer‑focused team delivering a safe and enjoyable betting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and a welcoming shop atmosphere.
• Promote company‑wide campaigns and special offers to customers.
• Accept bets, ensure accurate settlement and pay out winnings.
• Monitor competitor activity and keep the shop ahead of the market.
• Maintain a safe working environment and deputise for the Branch Manager when required.
