Retail Brand Ambassador – In‑Store Sampling (Luton area)

About the role
Join CPM’s experiential sampling team on behalf of well‑known brands in Asda stores across the Luton territory. This permanent part‑time position offers 650 hours per year, with flexible shifts between Thursday and Sunday.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers and create buzz around in‑store product sampling, demonstrating items and answering questions.
- Set up activation spaces, including small marquees, flags and banners, and manage the sampling kit.
- Meet KPI targets by persuading shoppers to try new products and building brand loyalty.
Required profile
- Experience in experiential or promotional campaigns.
- Ability to think on your feet and solve issues quickly.
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of setting up activation areas.
- Proactive, enjoys interacting with people and can work independently.
What we offer
- £15.10 per hour (including holiday pay) paid via PAYE.
- Business mileage reimbursement.
- Monthly draw for up to £250 in grocery vouchers.
- Permanent hours with a minimum of 650 hours per year.
