Retail Business Owner – Audiology Joint Venture

About the role

Specsavers is seeking an ambitious, commercially‑minded Retail Business Owner to lead its Audiology Domiciliary Joint Venture across South East London and North Kent. You will own 30% of the business, benefit from a guaranteed salary, dividends and a car allowance, and build a long‑term asset backed by a trusted healthcare brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team across a diverse territory.
• Deliver exceptional, home‑based hearing care experiences to customers.
• Grow the business by expanding market reach and strengthening community and healthcare network relationships.
• Contribute to strategic decisions, commercial performance and profit generation.
• Maintain high clinical standards while driving commercial results.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for hearing care.
• Proven leadership experience in a retail or service‑oriented environment.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, partners and local healthcare providers.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership of business outcomes.
