Retail Customer Service – 24‑Hour Shift

About the role

Join Betfred’s retail team in Sheerness and help deliver a safe, enjoyable betting experience to customers around the clock. You will work on the shop floor, processing bets, answering queries and promoting our products and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customers’ bets quickly and accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries with product knowledge.
• Promote betting products, sports events and special promotions.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented shop environment.
• Handle cash transactions with utmost care and accuracy.
• Support key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Follow Think 25 policy and age‑verification procedures.
