Retail Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused Retail Finance Analyst to join a leading UK retail business during a period of continued growth. In this role you will partner with operational teams, deliver commercial insight and influence business performance within a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end reporting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Deliver commercial insight to support business decisions
• Analyse trends, costs and performance across the retail operation
• Business partner with finance and operational stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Previous Finance Analyst experience within Retail or FMCG
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA part‑qualified (or studying)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing large data sets
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills
