Retail Installation Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Installation Operations Manager to lead the delivery of retail display and fixture installations across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing external installation partners, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead retail display and fixture installations across EMEA sites.
• Manage installation partners, field teams and contractor relationships.
• Coordinate project delivery, logistics, and maintenance programmes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management and Client Services teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, monitor supplier performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail installation, rollout or field‑service projects.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.
• Background in retail displays, POS, shopfitting, visual merchandising or field services.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
