Retail Manager – Westfield Stratford

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring, passionate and visionary Retail Manager to lead the Nespresso boutique at Westfield Stratford, London. You will be responsible for daily operations, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the boutique’s commercial objectives into clear KPIs and set targets for the team.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with wider business goals, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Align employee schedules with sales plans to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Model and nurture a culture of outstanding service and best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Nespresso’s purpose and values.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Plan and deliver local events, product launches and promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure safe, compliant day‑to‑day boutique operations.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
• Track record of leading, coaching and developing teams of varying sizes.
• Passion for creating an inclusive, positive team culture that drives engagement.
• Experience managing HR best practices, including performance, development and employee relations.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse performance and implement action plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
