Retail Media Manager – Amazon DSP

About the role

The Retail Media Manager will lead multi‑market retail media activations for a portfolio of global consumer brands. Based in London, you will operate within a global communications network’s commerce division, focusing on Amazon DSP and other retail platforms to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of campaigns across retail platforms such as Amazon Ads, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo and others.
• Optimise performance using a rigorous, data‑driven approach aligned with agency best practices.
• Lead regular reporting cycles, providing clear insights and actionable optimisation plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local market teams and clients.
• Support the development of client growth strategies through trend analysis and performance insight.
• Collaborate with internal channel specialists to deliver cohesive, holistic digital marketing programmes.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Amazon DSP or a similar programmatic platform.
• Strong understanding of retail media ecosystems and e‑retail environments.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast‑moving, global team.
