Retail Minibus Driver – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Join a leading provider of stocktaking and retail support services as a Retail Minibus Driver. You will transport a team of stock counters to customer sites across South East England and assist with accurate stock counts using handheld scanners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive an 8‑seater company minibus to and from retail locations.
• Inform team members of collection points and departure times.
• Complete attendance records and site arrival information.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly.
• Support stocktaking activities on site.
• Deliver accurate stock counts using handheld scanning equipment.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive, reliable and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and night shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle large stock counts.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Previous retail, warehouse, stocktaking or driving experience is beneficial but not essential.
