Retail Minibus Driver – Flexible Shifts & Paid Travel

About the role

We are seeking reliable drivers to join a leading stock‑taking service provider. As a Retail Minibus Driver you will transport a team of stock counters to various retail locations across the South East and support on‑site inventory work.

Key responsibilities

• Drive an 8‑seater company minibus safely to and from customer sites.
• Coordinate departure times and collection points for the stock‑counting team.
• Complete attendance and site‑arrival records for each shift.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly to the fleet manager.
• Assist the team with stock‑taking activities on site.
• Perform accurate stock counts using handheld scanning equipment.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive, reliable and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and night shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle large stock counts.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Handheld scanning equipment operation.
