Key responsibilities

• Provide confident, personalised advice on frames, lenses and designer sunglasses.
• Assist customers with frame adjustments, fittings and minor repairs.
• Support pre‑screening eye tests using modern optical equipment.
• Maintain store appearance and handle administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and engaging when interacting with customers.
• Passionate about eyewear fashion and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communicator who listens to and understands customer needs.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of frame adjustment techniques.
• Ability to perform minor optical repairs.
• Familiarity with optical screening equipment.
