Key responsibilities

• Deliver confident, personalised customer service and product advice.
• Adjust frames, assist with fittings and carry out minor repairs.
• Support pre‑screening eye tests using the latest optical technology.
• Perform administrative and store support tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Confident engaging with customers and recommending products.
• Passionate about eyewear style and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong communicator who listens and understands customer needs.

Required skills

• Frame adjustment and minor repairs.
