About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Assistant for our Nespresso boutique in Bluewater. This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) position on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. You will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience and representing the Nespresso brand with enthusiasm.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the boutique, understand their needs and provide personalised service.
- Assist shoppers in selecting their perfect coffee, promote sales and the unique Nespresso experience.
- Act as a proud and passionate brand ambassador, ensuring the boutique reflects Nespresso’s quality standards.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a luxury environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers and support team members as needed.
