Retail Sales Assistant / Keyholder (Cheshire Oaks)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant / Keyholder to join our team at the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. You will deliver exceptional customer service while helping to keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to every customer.
• Support opening and closing of the store as a designated keyholder.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Support the management team in achieving sales and store performance targets.
• Help create a positive and welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer‑facing role (essential).
• Keyholder experience is desirable.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently when required.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
• Positive team player with a proactive attitude.
